Nicola Fournier
With over 25 years of experience in business development, project management, HR management, and product and process development in the construction industry, Nicola has held key leadership roles including Premier Vice-President at L. Fournier & Fils and Senior Vice-President of Business Development at EVO Ressources. His expertise spans project management and estimation in both civil and mining sectors, along with process development and optimization. He is also skilled in leadership and negotiation, driving successful outcomes through strategic decision-making and team management.
Sébastien Roy
With 20 years of experience in product and process development, including over 10 years in the concrete and aggregate industry, Sebastien has held director roles across multiple divisions, including Technical Services, Concrete and Manufacturing Plants, and Quality Control. His expertise includes supply contract management, product development , technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training. He has a particular focus on specialized concrete, including shotcrete, SCC, and cellular concrete. He has extensive experience in concreting under challenging conditions such as vertical slickline, underground, and arctic climates, as well as alternate concrete production and placement methods.
